The Secretary of the Agbe Loba Farmers Union in Ondo State, Comrade Adesanlu Tosin, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Ondo State Governor-elect, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and his party on their resounding victory in the November 16 governorship election.
In a press statement, Adesanlu described Aiyedatiwa’s triumph as well-deserved and a testament to his performance in office. He attributed the overwhelming support from the electorate to divine favor, emphasizing that leadership is ultimately ordained by God.
Adesanlu urged the governor-elect to remain focused and magnanimous in victory, recognizing the office as one of immense opportunities and responsibilities.
“Now that the elections are over, it is time to move beyond the politicking of recent months and focus on fulfilling campaign promises,” he said. “Approach governance with youthful energy, sincerity, and diligence. Treat the entire state as your constituency, transcending tribal, religious, and social divides.”
He also appealed to the governor's opponents to set aside past grievances and collaborate towards a shared vision of progress for Ondo State. "A prosperous Ondo must be a collective responsibility," he added.
