Adamawa non-serving Senator from Northern Senatorial district, Mr Ishaku Abbo in the spirit of New Year has given five hundred thousand nairas to thirty-five motorcycles to his constituents as a January take away gift.
Abbo in the spirit of New Year celebration said the gesture is to cushion the effects of transportation hardship caused as a result of fuel subsidy removal.
He gave the thirty-five motorcycles to the beneficiaries instead of the five hundred thousand naira initially planned to improve their standard of living.
The ceremony which took place in Muchalla, Mubi North Local Government area of the state was a beehive occasion as commended by the constituents.
Hosea Naphtali, a renowned Facebook influencer took to his wall and stressed that God will never leave Abbo astray and prayed that He will allow him to enjoy the fruits of his labor in good health and longer life.
He said Abbo has made them Proud while a senator serving the zone , and stated that his absence as a ranking Senator is glaringly noticed but maintain his act of kindness to all people.
Mary Emmanuel in her Facebook wall also, while congratulating the thirty-five beneficiaries said Abbo is a politician that has good intentions for the people of Adamawa State.
According to her, the former Senator has made a good name in living, defending, and advocating the course of a common Man.
She described the Court case that led to his removal as a gang up by his political traitors and enemies.
She described the gesture of the thirty-five motorcycle distribution as a way of his strong love for the people who always maintained good leadership.
