Ahead of this year's Triennial Delegate Conference of the Nigerian Association of Women Journalists in Nigeria, NAWOJ Comrade Adeola Adekunle has kicked off her Campaign with team Unite
The South West Zonal Candidate for the position of NAWOJ Vice President, B Zone, Adeola Adekunle kicked off her campaign at the mega campaign flag off of Team -Unite ,in Lagos.
She says it was time for Women Journalists to Vote for experience, dedication, newness and fresh ideas adding that she has the capacity to be the Vice President of the Southwest Zone.
Comrade Adekunle noted that Over the years, she has remained a strong and vibrant voice in the NUJ and NAWOJ in Ondo state , leading to her serving in various committees, state NUJ & NAWOJ and NAWOJ National.
She says her hard work and commitment earned her the NUJ Press Freedom Awards amongst other honours from associations outside the NUJ and NAWOJ.
In her speech, Comrade Adekunle said she is determined to achieve demonstrable track record of performance by establishing NAWOJ in the south west as an institution laid on solid foundation of integrity, organic growth and impactful initiatives among others.
She urged NAWOJIANS in the B Zone to keep the faith and walk with her to become victorious come 25th of November 2023.
