All roads lead to Awoete Camp, Surulere Street, Igbotu, in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, on Friday 3rd November, 2023, as popular Security Chief and Commanding Officer in charge of Ondo State Chapter of the Tantita Security Services, Senior High Chief Idowu Asonja, will bury his father-in-law, Chief Rufus Edamisan Awoete.
The burial programme begins from Wednesday 1st October, 2023, with Artist Night show at the deceased's residence, located at the Mega School Junction, Igbokoda, in Ilaje Local Government Area, Ondo State, followed by Christian Wake Keep on Thursday 2nd November, 2023, at Awoete Camp, Surulere Street, Igbotu, Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, where the proper funeral holds on Friday 3rd November.
Late Chief Rufus Edamisan Awoete, popularly known as Baba Alausa, held the title Asanyohan of Igbotu-Land.
