Rear Admiral Jamila bags of OFR honor


Retired Rear Admiral Jamila Sadiq Malafa was honored with the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Navy General is among the seventy-seven Nigerians who were given the national honor for the services they rendered to the nation.

She bagged the nation along with prominent Nigerians who President Muhammadu Buhari at the exit of the regime consider worthy to be so honored.

The Adamawa-born Rear Admiral is one of the Northern Women who made trail and blazing records while serving in the Nigerian Navy.

Jamila from Gombi Local Government,  Hona by tribe who recently retired started her career with the Navy as a Nurse and later on changed cader to law.

While thanking President Muhammadu Buhari for consider worthy of the national honor she promised to give her support whenever she is called upon for the development of the nation.
