A member of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Ben Roland Igbakpa has said that there is a difference between the Nigerian President and the Nigerian presidency.
The legislator representing his Delta constituency, said this in answer to questions of the Nigerian Government ban I g Twitter after a post of the President, Muhammadu Buhari, was deleted for going against the platform's policy.
