Give Nigerians tools to defend themselves - Shehu Sani reacts to viral statement of Defence Minister

A former Senator, Shehu Sani has asked the Defence Minister to make sure his ministry provides Nigerians with tools to defend themselves against bandits, so that there would be no cowards.

This comes after the Minister was quoted as saying, Nigerians should defend themselves against bandits and not be cowards.

While reacting on twitter -- Sani wrote;

''If the Defence Minister is prescribing self defence,his Ministry should provide Nigerians with the ‘enabling tools’ or formally permit them to privately source for it,so that there shall be ‘cowards’ no more in this beleaguered and bewildered land.''
