Josh Duggar is back on the spotlight again,this time over a lawsuit.
The "19 Kids and Counting" star who was shamed few months back after his alleged affair went public is being sued by a Porn star Danica Dillion for roughen her up during sex.
In court document filed by Danica on Tuesday, the Porn actress claimed she and Josh slept twice earlier this year and in both occasion he roughened her up to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" which made her feel "as if she were being raped."
Danica said they first met back in March in a Philadelphia strip club where she gave him a lap dance for $600. He later invited her over to his hotel room and promised her $1,500 for sex. She said he "manhandled" her during the intercourse and it was something they never agreed on.
Again in April he met her in another strip club and apologised. They had sex again and he still remained rough causing her to seek psychiatrist help for severe anxiety after their encounters.
According to Danica attorney, Marc Frumer,
"The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial. They are all relevant if he takes the stand," he told In Touch.
