OMP has invested in 21 warehouses Pan Nigeria and Oleum SYN is sold in its stations and subsidiaries across West Africa. OMP also recently changed its lubricant bottles as a means of improving product quality and packaging.
According to the CEO Oando Downstream, Abayomi Awobokun, OMP has invested in new production lines and has upgraded its facility from a 9 million litre capacity to 14 million litre with all equipment optimized to boost efficiency. He emphasized the company's commitment to quality and safety added that in addition to winning the International Safety Award for 2 consecutive years, Oando Marketing is the first Nigerian Downstream company to attain SON's Integrated Management System (IMS) certification.
OMP showcased its recently introduced Synthetic Lubricant, Oleum SYN at the 9th Annual Oil Trading and Logistics (OTL) Africa Downstream exhibition. The 3-day event featured product lectures, social media promotions, and a live oil-change demonstration using a luxury vehicle.
