#Ministerial screening: Senate screens Anwuka Anthony Gozie

The senate has screened ministerial nominee, Anwuka Anthony Gozie, a former Vice Chancellor of the Imo state University and also former Secretary to the Government of Imo state. During his presentation, the nominee talked about his tenure as the Vice Chancellor of Imo state university and how his house was burnt down while he was trying to fight cultism in the school.

He said there is need to upgrade the Oguta lake to turn it into an international tourist center. Anwuka in his presentation said there is need for a total restructuring of the University Matriculation Examination conducted for prospective undergraduates.

He was asked to take a bow and go.
