The fight for the increment in minimum wage by the Nigerian labour is one that has gone on for years with frequent strikes by the Nigerian Labour Congress and seemingly unending meetings with the Federal Government.
The struggle for this increased in fervency in the past months and finally came to fruition today when the Nigerian Senate passed the bill into law.
