Kim Kardashian's meeting with President Trump wasn't in vain! Alice Marie Johnson released from prison

It looks like Kim Kardashian West's meeting with President Donald Trump went well, as clemency has been officially granted for Alice Marie Johnson, the woman whose release the reality star has been advocating for since last year.

63-year old Johnson has been in an Alabama prison since 1996, serving a life sentence, without the chance for parole, for a first-time, non-violent drug offense. Now, a week after the meeting, Johnson walks free after over 21 years in prison.
